Reiki - Usui, Amaran and Dimensional Reiki
Reiki is a safe and natural form of hands on therapy that promotes healing on all levels of the person. It balances and strengthens not only the body's energy, which promotes the body’s ability to heal itself, but also the mental and spiritual energy within us.
Reiki promotes personal growth as it increases intuitive, intellectual and creative processes and has a similar physiological and psychological effect on the body to meditation.
The recipient remains fully clothed throughout the treatment and the practitioner places their hands on specific points around the head and body. The hands remain still allowing the healing energy to flow.
Seated Shiatsu
Shiatsu, like Acupuncture works on the body’s vital energy (known as ‘Ki’ or ‘Chi’) and by harmonising this energy promotes better health and strengthens the body’s own self-healing abilities. Shiatsu therapy, is a healing art, which draws its theory and techniques from both traditional Oriental Medicine and from Western massage practice.
Shiatsu has a deeply relaxing effect on the body, calms the mind and produces an overall feeling of well being. Shiatsu may be used in conjunction with orthodox medial treatments or other alternative therapies.
The techniques of seated shiatsu involve stretching and pressure. The pressure is focused on Acupuncture points on the meridians. Pressure may range from very gentle palm healing to deep stimulation with thumbs and fingers.
Healing Intuitively
Healing Intuitively or 'HI' Therapy is an energetic therapy which centres on the function of the main Chakra system located in the Etheric level of the Auric body.
Chakras are responsible for the movement of vital Ki energy, thus it is important to keep a good level of free flowing Ki energy within the Chakra system. ‘HI’ Therapy can help to restore this balance.
The recipient remains fully clothed throughout the treatment and the practitioner places their hands on specific points around the head and body.
Tarot and Guidance Card Readings
Tarot and Guidance Cards are combined with intuitive skills to offer guidance for your life's journey. Readings are available for individuals and groups.

All courses are based on a 6 week block, with courses split into two parts for more in-depth learning. Each course will have a return date to assess and discuss findings.
